2026家長教師會大旅行 PTA BIG TRIP

親愛的家長：
Dear Parents,
 
春回大地，家長教師會將舉行本年度之全校家長師生大旅行，締造一個學生、家長和老師互聯互通機會。
Spring is approaching, for coordinating our students, parents and teachers, PTA will hold a BIG TRIP forour parents, teachers and students this year.
 
日期：2026年2月7日(星期六)
Date: 7 Feb, 2026 (Saturday)
 
活動一 : 親子日營BBQ
Event 1 : Parent-Child Day Camp BBQ
 
活動地點：錦田鄉村俱樂部 {新界 錦田 水尾村 230號}
Venue : Kam Tin Country Club, 230 Shui Tau Tsuen, Kam Tin, New Territories, Hong Kong
當天設有免費泊車車位提供，但不設預留，先到先得。
 
費用 :
本校小學部學生或4-11歲 $118/每位，
本校中學部學生或12歲以上及同行家屬 $168/每位
3歲以下免費 (不佔BBQ坐位)
收費包括：來回旅遊車、任食燒烤餐、活動保險、活動雜項
 
日程Rundown：
08:15 小學中庭集合
08:30-08:40 開車 (逾時不候)
09:25-09:30 到達場地
09:30-10:00 社際合照/大合照
10:15-11:30 社際競技賽
11:30-11:45 開始燒烤
15:15-15:30 旅遊巴士返回港鐵大圍站
 
 
活動二 : 露營 (草地紮營 及 豪華露營車)

20th Anniversary Winter Carnival cum Bazaar 2026
「盛世慶典」冬日校慶嘉年華暨賣物會 2026
 
  We are excited to announce that our annual PTA Carnival cum Bazaar is just around the corner. As we step into our 20th Anniversary, it is an excellent opportunity for us to count our blessings and reflect on the footprints of grace that have marked the past 20 years. This year’s theme is “A-Celebration: Give thanks to 20A”. We cordially invite you and your loved ones to join us on 24 January 2026 (Saturday) for an unforgettable day of fun, laughter, and togetherness. It is a beautiful opportunity for our school community to come together, celebrate, and create lasting memories.
 
  我們很高興地宣布，一年一度的PTA嘉年華暨賣物會即將盛譽回歸，踏入20周年校慶，是一個好機會讓 我們數算20年來的恩典足印，今年的主題是「盛世慶典：感恩二十載」。我們誠摯地邀請您和您的親人 於2026年1月24日（星期六）與我們一起度過一個充滿樂趣、歡笑和團聚的難忘一天，是與學校社群歡聚 一堂、共同慶賀、創造美好永誌回憶的絕佳機會！
 
  The 20th Anniversary School Celebration marks a significant milestone in the school's development journey, bearing witness to the achievements of “ Whole-Person Education, Strive for Excellency ”. This carnival is not only a celebration and a look back, but also an embodiment of the spirit of “ Home-School Partnership ”—where parents, teachers, students, and alumni gather to foster bonds through collaboration and sharing, and pass on a shared belief in the value of education. The carnival will showcase the school's vitality through a diverse range of activities, transforming gratitude into active participation, making it an event of great anticipation!
 
 感恩二十周年校慶，是學校發展歷程中的重要里程碑，見證了「 全人教育．成就卓越 」的教育理想與實 踐成果。此次嘉年華會，不僅是歡慶與回顧，更是「 家校同心 」精神的體現——家長、師生與校友齊聚 ，在協作共享中凝聚情感，傳承對教育的共同信念。嘉年華以多元活動展現學校活力，讓感恩之情化為 實際參與，讓人萬分期待！
 
  The funds raised from the activity will be allocated to our “WeHome” fund, which raises funds for School facilities so that every family can contribute to building a better learning environment for their children. We look forward to your participation.
 
  活動所得的款項扣除活動成本後將全數撥歸本會「家校建設」基金，為我校教學設備籌募款項，使每一 個家庭都可以協助子女盡展潛能，為建設更好的未來出一分力。我們期待您的參與。

Hong Kong & Kowloon Walk for Millions 2025/2026
親愛的家長：
Dear Parents,
 
  香港公益金將於2025年11月30日 (星期日)舉行「港島、九龍區百萬行」，為公益金資助之「家庭及兒童福利服務」籌款。是次百萬行 由中九龍幹線項目工地 (承豐道公園對面 )出發 ，途經 啟德地下行車道、中九龍繞道至承啟道 。路線全程長約 3.6公里；步畢全程約需 1小時，沿途不設任何退出點或折返點。
  The Hong Kong Community Chest will hold the “Million Walk for Hong Kong Island and Kowloon” on Sunday, November 30, 2025, to raise funds for “Family and Child Welfare Services” supported by the Community Chest. The walk will start from the site of the Central Kowloon Route project (opposite Shing Fung Road Park) and will pass through the Kai Tak underground road and the Central Kowloon Route to Ching Kai Road. The total route length is approximately 3.6 kilometres; completing the walk will take about 1 hour, and there will be no exit or turnaround points along the way.
 
  為發揚本校積極參與公益活動、幫助社會上有需要的人士，並發揮家校合作精神，盼同學家長也能踴躍參與募捐，共襄善舉。
  To promote our school's active participation in community service and to help those in need in society, while fostering the spirit of home-school cooperation, we hope that parents of students will enthusiastically participate in the fundraising efforts and join us in this charitable endeavour.

籌款目標 :  學校募捐善款港幣 50,000元 以上
Fundraising Goal : The School aims to raise over HKD 50,000 in donations.
 
備註 :
1. 由是次百萬行於未開通的範圍進行，每位參加者必須持有大會提供的指定時段步行證方可參加。所有參加者必須預先報名，以確認參加資格。
2. 每位參加者募捐善款港幣250元或以上獲得步行證一張 (募捐善款港幣500元獲得步行證兩張，如此類推)
3. 由於是次舉行日期適逢考試，同學可自行考慮溫習情況決定是否參與步行，唯參與捐款則不限在內，鼓勵同學踴躍參與募捐事宜。
Notes :
1. The walk will take place in an area that is not yet open to the public. Each participant must hold a designated walking pass provided by the event organizers for a specific time slot in order to participate. All participants must register in advance to confirm their eligibility.
2. Each participant who raises a minimum of HKD 250 will receive one walking pass. For every HKD 500 raised, participants will receive two walking passes, and so on.
3. As the event date coincides with examinations, students may choose to participate in the walk based on their studying situation. However, donations are encouraged regardless of participation in the walk, and students are urged to actively contribute to the fundraising efforts

**To encourage everyone to actively participate, the PTA will have two special awards**
人強馬壯班別/社獎 （中小學各一社 /班）
The Highest Participation Award (one for Primary and one for Secondary)
報名人數最多之班別或社
This award will be given to the class or society with the highest number of registered participants.
長袖善舞班別獎（中小學各一班)
The Outstanding Fundraising Class Award (one for Primary and one for Secondary)
籌款金額最高之班別
This award will be presented to the class that raises the highest amount of donations.

家校同心．以愛守望
Home-School Partnership: Fostering Love and Support
 
  大埔宏福苑發生的五級火災牽動著每一位市民的心，家長教師會懷著沉重與悲痛，向遇難居民和殉職消防員致以深切哀悼，並向遇難者家屬及受影響居民表達誠摯慰問。
  The level 5 fire that occurred at Wang Fuk Court, Tai Po, has deeply affected every member of the community. With profound grief and sorrow, the Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) extends its deepest condolences to the residents who lost their lives and to the heroic firefighter who sacrificed his life in the line of duty. We also express our sincere sympathies to the victims' families and all affected residents.
 
  由於本校有兩名小學生及其家庭受火災波及，本會已即時從「家愛同行」(WeCare Fund)基金中為受災同學撥出港幣貳萬元正（$20,000），作為緊急援助金，用以支持其迫切需要。這筆捐款不僅是物質上的援助，更體現家校之間團結互助、同舟共濟的可貴精神。
  Given that two of our primary school students and their families were impacted by this disaster, the PTA has immediately allocated Twenty Thousand Hong Kong Dollars (HK$20,000) from our "WeCare Fund" as emergency relief. This aid is intended to support their most urgent needs. This donation is not merely material assistance; it embodies the invaluable spirit of unity, mutual aid, and solidary shared by our school and our families.
 
  教育的真諦，在於培養孩子們的同理心與社會責任感。家長教師會亦會積極協助學校舉辦不同的悼念活動，我們深信，透過實際行動，能讓孩子們懂得「家校同心」的力量，學懂「己欲達而達人」的忠恕之道，伸出援手去關懷社區。這份愛與善意，將成為孩子們成長中最寶貴的一課。
  The true meaning of education lies in fostering empathy and a sense of social responsibility in our children. The PTA will actively assist the school in organizing various commemorative activities. We firmly believe that through practical action, our children will understand the power of  "Home-School Unity" and learn the principle of "helping others to achieve what you desire to achieve" (a reference to the Confucian concept of shù / magnanimity). This will inspire them to reach out and care for the community. This love and goodwill will become the most valuable lesson in their development.
 
  面對突如其來的變故，情緒的起伏在所難免。請各位家長在照料子女身心的同時，務必關注並安頓好自己的情緒，如有需要請連繫家長教師會，我們樂意為您提供協助。讓我們心手相連，守護我們的城市，共同祝福受災的市民，迎接更美好的明天﹗
  When faced with sudden and drastic change, emotional fluctuation is inevitable. As you care for your children's physical and mental well-being, please ensure you also take time to care for your own emotions. If you require any support, please do not hesitate to contact the Parent-Teacher Association, and we will be here to assist you. Let us stand hand-in-hand to protect our city, support those affected, and look forward to a brighter tomorrow!

探討提升家庭的抗壓力與情緒健康指數
 
Families are a warm haven in everyone's life and serve as an essential fortress against external pressures. In the face of various challenges and difficulties, family resilience and emotional health become particularly important. We hope to create a more positive atmosphere for families, fostering understanding and support among members, allowing us to grow together in life. Let us join hands to face challenges and strive for a brighter tomorrow.
Our Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) and Parent Education Academy (PEA) continue to jointly organise the Parent Education Conference this year. We are honored to invite Professor Kwok Lai Yuk Ching from the Department of Social and Behavioral Sciences at City University of Hong Kong and Convener of the Positive Education Research Lab, and Ms Sun Yue, a former China women’s volleyball national team athlete, to share with us their insights and experiences on how to enhance family resilience and emotional health. All parents are cordially invited to join us. Limited seats are available. Please register now!
 
家庭是每個人生活中的溫暖港灣，亦是抵禦外界壓力的重要堡壘。在面對各種挑戰與困難時，家庭的抗疫力和情緒健康變得尤為重要。我們期望能為家庭創造更加積極的氛圍，促進成員之間的理解與支持，共同在生活中茁壯成長，讓我們一起攜手面對挑戰，邁向更美好的明天。
本年度由我校「家長教師會」與「家長學堂」主辦的教育研討會，有幸邀請到著名的香港城市大學社會及行為科學系的教授及正向教育研究室的召集人郭黎玉晶教授及前中國女排國家運動員孫玥女士，與我們分享見解和經驗。共同探討如何提升家庭的抗壓力與情緒健康。名額有限，現誠邀各位家長踴躍參與！
